About Mrs. Slabaugh
This is my sixth year at Orchard View Elementary School as well as being my sixth year teaching. I graduated from Goshen College with an Elementary Education and Special Education degree. I am originally from Ohio and moved here Indiana seven years ago to go to Goshen College.
I got married to my husband June 6th of 2015. Although we are both from out of state, we decided to stay around the area and now live in Goshen. As of April, 2020, we now have a beautiful daughter as well! Together we have quite the zoo with a corgi puppy named Pippin, five fish, a hermit crab and an axolotl named Percy. We also have lots of plants in our home. We love being outside and being with animals!
When I'm not taking care of our many animals, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Like her parents, my daughter loves being outside! I am outdoors with my family any chance I get going on walks, bike rides, or playing Frisbee. I also started making jewelry a few years ago and enjoy going to craft and art shows.
